前から気になっていたこちらのお店に仕事中昼休みに同僚と伺いました。2人共、煮干しを注文。中国人のスタッフの女性が少し圧が強めなのが気になりましたが、ラーメンは美味しく頂きました。煮干し系スープに独特な歯応えのある、ほうとうの様な食感の麺が絡みあって旨みが凝縮しています。やや量は少なめです。
