今年の土用の丑の日はうなぎ四代目菊川でひつまぶし。お椀に盛りながら、そのまま/ミルで挽く山椒と、薬味のせ、薬味のせ出汁がけと味変を楽しむ。絶妙な炭火焼きで、タレの香ばしさだけでも美味いのだが、薬味とも出汁ともよく合う。日本酒は、よこやま純米吟醸SILVER超辛7をスルスルと。元気が出ました、ご馳走さまでした！
