東京駅の中には沢山の店舗がありますが、黒塀横丁内でお食事を初めてしました。店内はわりと広く外の雑踏もあまり気になりません。
今回のコースは季節の前菜から お造り 白焼き うざく 鰻重肝吸い です。驚いたのは白焼きの芳ばしさ塩、わさび、だし醤油、生姜 で４回味変して楽しめるんですね。
鰻重の白米タレ鰻の量の絶妙なバランス 最後まで残さず頂きました。
