本日はこちらのお店でひつまぶしをいただきました！

予約をせずに開店時間11時に行きましたが、すでに3組いました。人気店です。
お店の人が食べ方を教えてくれました。
まずはうなぎをそのまま食べる
次に薬味をつけて食べる
そして出汁をかけて食べる
最後は一番気に入った食べ方で食べる
※だしと薬味はおかわりできます
うなぎはふわふわしてて、匂いもぶわーっとして最高です！
山椒が２種類あったのですが、粉山椒が柑橘っぽい風味があって好きでした！
そして私の一番好きな食べ方は、出汁をかける食べ方でした。出汁のおかわりをしました♡
ご飯は普通盛りでも充分な量がありました。
新年早々、いい気分になれました！
