帰神する前に東京駅でちょっと贅沢。
『うなぎ四代目菊川』さんの『一本鰻ひつまぶし』（6,460円）。
外側パリッと中はふわっとした食感がたまりまへん。
先ずはそのまま、お次は薬味を加えて、更に出汁をたっぷりかけてお茶漬け風味に。
タレの濃さもちょうどいい。
でもやっぱりちょっと贅沢なんで毎回食べるのは躊躇するので、普段はお家で近江今津の『西友』さんのお茶漬け鰻を使って我慢してますけど。笑
Before returning to Kobe, I had a little luxurious dinner at Tokyo Sta.
What I had is the “Sweet-grilled Whole Eel over Rice” (@¥6,460) of “Kikukawa the 4th”.
Its texture is crispy outside and fluffy inside, so it made me joyful.
First I had it as is, next added spices to it, finally in addition I added the soup and made a risotto.
The sauce was also just right.
But bcoz it’s a little expensive for me, I’ll only be able to eat it once in a while.
So instead, I usually make do with Ochazuke eel from “Nishitomo” in Omi-Imazu at home.
