平日19時過ぎに訪問。食券を購入してから並びます。4人ほど並んでいましたが、回転が速いので待ちくたびれる事もなく。私は平打ちざるそばとチャーシュー丼を、同行者はお店オススメの「KANEDA麺と黒毛和牛ご飯」を選択。
ざるそばは、川幅うどんか、ひもかわうどんに似た見た目。つけ汁は、煮干しor坦々or冷やし（季節限定）から選べますが、初訪問なので基本の煮干しで。食べごたえがある麺に、あっさり煮干しスープがよく絡んで美味しい！チャーシュー丼もお肉ゴロゴロ。
KANEDA麺は具がたっぷりでしっかりした煮干しの風味。黒毛和牛ご飯は、割下も美味。
またこのお店がすごいのは、玉子や海苔が食べ放題なところ！ご飯に玉子を落とせば、贅沢TKG！！
備え付けのニラ胡椒もおいしいですが、かなり辛いので、ちょっと味変する程度にしておくべき。
久しぶりに訪れたKITTEは、テナントが減ってなんだか寂しかったけど、ラーメン激戦区エリアは頑張ってほしい！単価は高いけど！
