東京駅にはお蕎麦屋さんがいくつかあります。
こちらみや川さんば2022年にできた比較的新しいお店で、ちょっと高級っぽい部類に入ります。
八重洲北口の改札を出た、黒掘横丁というエリアにあります。
いつも混んでいるけど意外とすんなり入れました。
海老と季節野菜のおろし天せいろ2090円を注文しました。
お昼から贅沢しちゃいましたよ。
お冷は蕎麦茶の味がします。透明だけど？
店内は決して狭い訳ではないけど冬はコートとか荷物が多くなりがちなのでちょっと大変。
さて、お蕎麦が来ました。
蕎麦は細くて腰があります。つゆは辛い系でおろしを入れて丁度良い感じです。
天ぷらは衣が薄くてサクサク揚がってます。
海老が甘い！尻尾もバリバリ香ばしいです。
レンコンも甘くて美味しいです。
お蕎麦少ないと思ったけど意外と多いですね。
食べるのに時間がかかっちゃったのか、下の方はパサパサ気味になっちゃいました。
蕎麦湯を出してくれました。とろっとして美味しいです。
リピートするにはお財布に覚悟が要りますよね(^^)
