私は鴨せいろを注文して、出張帰りの兄は鴨南蛮を注文。あとはぶり大根と、薩摩揚げを注文しました。ぶり大根は出汁がよく染み込んでいて食べやすかったですし、お揚げも根菜系のお野菜が練り込まれて、サクッとしてとても美味しかったです。
つけ汁の鴨肉もただ湯どうししてるだけでなく、炙って焼いていたので歯応えもあり美味しかったです。
19時を過ぎていたのに、客が私たちしかいなかったので…お正月疲れでガラガラだったのかなと思いました。
また味わいたいですね。
