2024年4月19日（金）夕食。
午後日本橋で仕事。夕食は東京駅のグランスタ八重北の地下1階の黒塀横丁のこのそば屋に行ってみた。
「冷たいそば」の大和芋のとろろそば（1300円・税込1430円）を注文。食べ終えて足りないなと思って追加そば（600円・税込660円）を頼んで食べた。
そばはまあ普通。硬め。つるつるではなくてむしゃむしゃ。手打ちそばと書いてあるが、風味や趣きは少ない。つゆは甘めだが出汁も香っていてまあまあ。とろろそばとしてはまあ普通。会計は2090円だった。
店のカードには、この「手打ちそばみや川」と、「手打ちそば石月」（新丸ビル5階）、「そばと天ぷら石楽」（大手町パークビルディング地下1階）、「手打ちそばそばしき」（東京ガーデンテラス2階）の4店舗が書いてあった。ホームページを開くと（株）シナジーという会社が出てきた。
