午後休の仕事帰り、グランスタへ夜のおやつを買いに途中下車。
ついでにランチも済ませようと気になっていたこちらへ初訪問！
日替わりのクラフトビールは種類豊富で、
アルコール度数なども記載ありで選びやすいですね。
最近ビールが前ほど好きではなかったんだけど、
ここのビールはフレッシュでめっちゃ美味しかった！！
・忽布古丹醸造(北海道) ハシカプ Alc7%
初めて見たこちらのビール。
ハシカプはアイヌ語でハスカップの意味だそうで、珍しいハスカップを使用したフルーティで酸味のある一杯。
飲みやすいのでさらっと飲めちゃうけど意外に度数高いから要注意w
・バインミーのピンチョス
ビールのアテにこちらをチョイス。
レバーペーストを塗ったブレッドに蒸し鶏やなますにパクチー❤︎
上からちょびちょびつまんでいくと良いおつまみに。
・ラクサ
〆は具沢山のアジアンヌードル！
チキン、海老、野菜もたっぷり。
ココナッツミルクがまろやか、スパイスも豊かで。
フォーっぽい麺が軽いからペロリといただけます❤︎
お腹に余裕が有れば、残ったスープにジャスミンライスを入れておじや風にしても絶対美味しいと思う！！！
駅直結の場所も便利だし、種類豊富なクラフトビールはビール好きじゃなくともビールの魅力に開眼する事間違いなし！
おつまみやライスメニューも豊富なのでランチ、ディナー共に楽しめるよ♪
