2023年10月31日（火）夕食。
夕方日本橋で用事。夕食は東京駅のグランスタ八重北の地下1階の黒塀横丁のこの店に行ってみた。
不思議な店名だが、フォーとクラフトビールの店みたい。カウンター席に座って、鶏肉のフォー（950円）を注文した。
やがて出てきたそのフォーは、レモングラスの茎を折って突っ込んである。輪切りのライムも入っていた。パクチーは入っていたが量は多くなかった。
早速食べてみたが、まあ、普通だった。スープの味は優しくてちょっと弱かった。これと言った特徴を感じなかった。
クラフトビールを飲みながらいろいろと摘まんだ方が楽しい店なのではと思う。
