東京出張時の新幹線待ちの
時間に、お付きあいいただき、
数名で「GRANSTA」の地下に
ある当店に行きました。
コの字カウンター席と店内に
テーブルが数卓ありますが、
私たちはテラス席(地下なので
屋内ですが)へ！
メニューを見ると、和、中、アジア
の無国籍！
ドリンクは、クラフトビールの
他に、中(焼酎)と合う外(ポッピー他)
が充実しています。
以下、料理をオーダーしました。
・スパサラ
・刺身(何か忘れました)
・刻み青唐辛子
・激辛あさり炒め
・焼き豚足
・生春巻
・蒸し鶏ネギソース
・牡蠣オムレツ
・カシラの山椒炒め
・鶏肉のフォー
色々いただきましたが、
本領発揮はアジア料理です！
そんなに激辛ではない、
あさり炒めは、具沢山で
美味！
生春巻は、本格的！
〆には、ガパオライス、
カオマンガイと興味をそそる
ものばかり！
さすがに、新幹線前に満腹は
避けたいと、罪悪感のない
フォーをいただきました！
こちらも、本場そのものの味！
満足しました。
さらに、当店の一番の魅力は、
接客です！東京ではホスピタリティー
というものが壊滅したと思って
いた私は、完全に裏切られました。
素晴らしい社員教育です！
