昨今、東京駅では色々な美味しいモノが食べる事ができます。ラーメンもラーメンストリートがあったりと選択肢が豊富で目移りしてしまいます。注意ポイントは改札の中の駅構内か一度改札を出なくては行けないかがあります。構内、構外ともスマホの地図があまり役に立たない…。時間に余裕を持って行きましょう。
こちらの鳥藤は築地の鶏肉の名店。そのお店の鶏そばを朝8時から駅構内で戴けるのがこちらのお店です。
席はカウンターのみの5席程。
鶏そば 950円をオーダー。
対麺したラーメンは黄金色にスープが輝いてます！
鶏の旨みがガッツリと効いたスープにストレート麺が合う。具材も鶏肉屋さんらしくモモのチャーシューが絶品です。
朝から幸せ気分で旅に出る事ができる素敵なお店でした。東京駅の朝の定番となりそうです。
