東京駅の改札内グランスタの少し奥まったところにあり、初見では通り過ぎてしまいがちなところにありました。メニューは悩んだ末、てばさきそばに決め、先にレジで会計をしてから座ると店員さんに教えてもらい会計をし、着席。待つこと数分でてばさきそばが到着しました。
みた感じほろほろになるまで煮込まれているであろう手羽先を先に行くか、迷いどころではあるがまずはスープと麺を。スープは鳥出汁の醤油味で麺は中細のストレート。醤油味でも他では食べたことのない甘めな味。クセになりそう。
トッピングは手羽先が3本、半味玉、青菜、ネギ、キクラゲ、表面が少し炙られている。手羽先熱いスープのなかに入っているので素手では熱いけれど身離れはよく、するすると取れる。手はすこしベトベトになるがやはり美味い！これが3本あるのでかなり満足感は高め。
この店は朝8時からやってるらしいので、つぎはとりそばを食べてみたいです。
