5席程度の狭いお店。新幹線の待ち時間に運よく利用できた。
食べ比べたところ、とりそばに比べて、蒸し鶏そばはスープにネギの香味がよく効いているように感じた。また蒸し鶏はアッサリしつつも、よく味わうとナッツのような地味感じる香りがして美味しい。さすが鶏肉屋のラーメンだ。
手羽先そばは甘味のあるタレが混じったスープで、甘い目の味付けが好きな人にオススメ。
