「極上親子丼」1,800円をいただきました（御膳は2,000円）。
まず注文して5分たらずで出てきたのには驚きました。当然、あらかじめ焼かれた鶏肉です。
これは焼き鳥の串にできない余った小さな部位をかき集めて親子丼にした、典型的な高級地鶏を使った残念な親子丼です。鳥をケチっているので部位が小さいし鶏肉の量が少ない。ゴロゴロじゃなくてコロコロです。まともな大きさだったのは一つだけ。名古屋コーチンは旨味が売りですが、肉の旨味というものは、噛みしめて出てくるものです。それがこんなに小さい部位では味わうことができません。この手の高価な親子丼は本当に多い。玉ねぎの量も多すぎるし、出汁も美味しくないからトータルバランスもよくない。店主はこれを自分で食べて本当に「極上」だと思っているのだろうか。
