東京駅八重洲口のグランスタ地下にある焼鳥店。
名古屋コーチンをウリにしているお店で美味しそうだったので入ってみました。
カウンターとテーブルが並ぶ開放感のある和の雰囲気で、カウンターに通され、
メニューは色々あり、迷いましたが
【もも肉炭火焼丼膳】１２００円
を注文して、意外に早く５分ほどで届きました。
丼には、鶏肉、玉子焼き、三つ葉、長ネギスライスが乗っていて、他に、みそ汁、サラダ、漬物、煮物が付いています。
丼のフタを開けると、何とも香ばしい香りが食欲をそそり、
一口食べると、ジューシーで柔らかい食感に甘さを抑えたタレの旨味と焼いた香ばしさが重なり美味しい鳥モモでした。
一部皮が付いていましたが、パリパリに焼かれ、食感の変化と香りを楽しめました。
ごはんは、少し軟らかめ、タレが少なく、量も結構あったので、おしんこや漬物で後半は合わせて完食しました。
個人的には、ご飯はもう少し固め、タレも追いダレができるともっと良かったです。
ただ、値段的に名古屋コーチンではなく、国産銘柄鶏だったようです。
次は、名古屋コーチンを使ったランチか、夜に訪問して真髄を改めて確かめたいです。
