PR for restaurants |
Yokohama Chinatown's famous restaurant "Meiran" will open in Yaesu underground shopping center on September 20, 2022.
We offer a wide variety of dishes, from authentic Chinese Cuisine as well as our famous Bairan Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). |
I had known about this restaurant's unusual Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) for a while. I went to Yaesu Underground Center to have lunch with a colleague, and this was the only restaurant with no queue, so I went in. It's not like sara udon, where the toppings are poured on top of the fried noodles. It's unusual, with the toppings sealed inside Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). I don't think it looks delicious, but it's different from other restaurants, so it leaves an impression. There are several types, but I ordered the regular one. It was less than 1,000 yen. I thought about getting Seafood Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), but I thought that was a little expensive. I took the fried noodles apart with chopsticks to remove the sauce inside, and ate it like regular Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). I could have eaten it by biting into the edge, but I was worried that the sauce would burn me, so I did that. The ingredients in the sauce were meat, chives, bean sprouts, and onions, but there was not much meat. I imagined it would be a bit more seasoned, but it was surprisingly light. I added a little soy sauce and vinegar to it halfway through. It lacked impact. It was a little more expensive, but I should have chosen Seafood Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles).
