In conclusion, this is one of the best eels I've had at Hashimoto-san so far, and one of the best I've ever had. Hats off to you. It's amazing. It's been a long time since I've seen Mr. Yokoyama's eel, and according to X, I don't think he'll ever produce eel that has been grown this long... I have no choice but to eat this, but I had a splurge at Una Fuji a few days ago, so I guess I'll give it up for now. I visited with the mindset that it would be a good idea to eat Stand-up Soba was served after about 30 minutes of waiting inside. The eel was served in an orderly manner that would make your spine stretch. The eel was served with the skin side facing up, sprinkled with a little fragrant Japanese pepper that had a tingling sensation. Enjoy the eel and rice. The deliciousness of the high-quality white meat, the sweetness of the clean fat, the aroma of the charcoal, and the flavor of the slightly spicy sauce fill your mouth with the best taste. There is no odor, of course. The thick eel has just the right amount of elasticity. There's no gnats in the skin, and the eel is perfectly cooked, just melting in your mouth. This eel doesn't have the wild flavor of natural eel, but it's of great quality, comparable to natural eel.You can also enjoy the liver soup that you can enjoy between the eel dishes. The mild flavor of the soup stock brings out the eel.The pickles that come with it are also a perfect match with the eel. It's well made and has no omissions. It's delicious, I thought it was delicious, and then I finished it.This is what happens when you prepare the best ingredients with the best technique. I was so moved that it turned out to be true.I am just grateful that I was lucky enough to receive it this time.
