10時45分頃にお店を見つけ、並びます。
４人目でした。
そして、11時には、限定10食は、終了でした。
今日は、早いなぁ、とお店の方たちがお話しされてました。
サービスランチの鰻丼2200円狙いです
本日の鰻は、宮崎 和匠 だそうで、なんてお読みするのでしょうか。わしょうだそうです。
まだまだ、鰻、初心者です(*^^*)
いままで、鰻丼、鰻重巡りをしてきましたが、
はし本さんの鰻は、いままでと違いました。中はふっくら、回りは、香ばしく焼かれていました。
しかも国内産の鰻だからでしょうか。
今まで頂いた鰻やさんの中で２番目です。
かなり、美味しいのです。
夜の部もコースでいただきたいなぁ。

かなり、待たされました。
いつもなら、入店10分ぐらいでサーブされていますが、今日は、親方さんが、焼いていませんでしたね。だからかなぁ。
味も、なんか、パサパサ、皮がまだビローンって感じでした。
親方さんが、また焼いてほしいです。
