生パスタ専門店 麦と卵 東京駅八重洲北口店。
北海道産の小麦とブランド卵を使用した、自家製生パスタが看板メニューのお店です。
休日のランチタイムは、行列になってました。
店内のタッチパネルには、美味しそうなパスタメニューがあれこれ。
海老とアボカドのトマトクリームと迷って、八重洲北口店限定の北海道ナポリタンを注文。
サラダにドリンクもついておトクな感じ(^ω^)

まずはサラダとフォカッチャから。
鶏むね肉はしっとりと柔らか、フォカッチャもサクサクとしてふんわり(゜∀゜)
ほどなくして、北海道ナポリタンも到着しました。
こだわりの生パスタは、もちもちの食感。
ベーコンの旨みたっぷりのケチャップソースが絡みます。
帆立の身もぷりぷり、気分は北海道ですねヽ(´▽｀)/
黄色が鮮やかな酵素卵の卵黄を崩して、コクをプラス。
濃厚さマシマシで、フォークもすすむ～(≧∇≦)/
アイスコーヒーでごちそうさま。
