丸ビルの「家全七福」の跡地に居抜きで入った「全聚徳」に期待値低く行ってみた。
内装はそこそこ手を入れてあるけど、景色は当然変わらずなので懐かしい。
お茶がTWGらしく、妙な中国茶しかない。w
料理はだいぶ広東寄り。
「全聚徳よ、お前の本店は北京だろうに」と思うけど、厨房には、南方系のシェフも入っているということで、変な広東料理ではない。
フカヒレコースだったのだけど、肝心のフカヒレスープは、すごい太いウソヒレ(フカヒレがすっかり高くなった今どき、この太さでホンモノだったらすごいお値段)が紛れててウケた。
まぁコースで5800円だもの、そりゃそーよねぇ。。。
ベースの上湯は家全七福の、背中すら全く見えていないレベルだけど、一応、方向性は間違ってはいないので許容範囲。
普通の日本人がイメージする高級中華として無難にまとまっていて、このロケーションでこの値段なら、一般的にはアリで、接待で使うなら使いやすいかと。
