予約して行きましたが一緒に予約した方が若干遅れそう。先に入ろうと思っていたらこの張り紙。
ちょいビビりました。
無事合流。櫃まぶしと肝乗せ櫃まぶしを頼みました。初めてなので今回はシンプルにいただきました。
鰻は炭火で表面はカリカリ。ご飯は出汁を掛けるとパラリとほぐれるかための炊き上がり。
ネギと山葵が添えられてますが必要としないくらいです。
キュウリのお漬物はお代わり出来ます。もうもうお腹いっぱいです。
