八重洲ミッドタウン3Fに出店した名古屋に本店があるうな富士さん
今まで東京では有楽町、名古屋の白壁別邸に行ってます。
最初に行った有楽町店でお薦めされた天の青ウナギは今まで食べたウナギの中でもステーキ？肉料理か⁉️と思うほどの分厚さで衝撃でしたが、昨夜は残念ながら天の青ウナギは入荷がないとのことで、普通に注文しました。
お昼頃に予約の電話をして、夕飯時に訪問。
有楽町の方がお店はゆったりした作りかなぁ。
接客は有楽町の方が良かったかな。けど悪いわけではありません。
名古屋の白壁別邸はランチ訪問だったせいもあるのかもしれませんが、接客もイマイチで料理もうーんというか記憶に残ってません汗(決して不味いということではないのだけど・・・)
最初に出て来るお通しのキャベツときゅうりの漬物についつい手が伸びておかわりしちゃいます笑
メニューを見て、連れが白焼は絶対に食べたい！との事で、しやすい白焼、ひつまぶし、肝焼き付き重におつまみ等を注文。
関西風に焼かれた白焼はサクサクな感じが絶品‼️
ほどなくひつまぶし、鰻重も到着して美味しくいただきました。
ご馳走様でした。
今度は天の青ウナギか天然うなぎをいただきたいなぁ。
