木曜お昼ごはん、この日はうなぎが食べたくなり、東京駅八重洲口・東京ミッドタウン八重洲の3階にあります『炭焼きうな富士 東京ミッドタウン八重洲店』さんにお邪魔しました(^ ^)ノ
こちら本店は名古屋No.1のうなぎ屋さんでして、何回も百名店に選出されてるお店ですね！
僕も過去に訪れています♪♪
そんなうな富士さんの、日比谷店に続く東京2店舗目です！
11:20頃の訪問で、カウンター1席空いてました(^ ^)ノ
こちらは食べログさんから予約も出来るので、予約して行ったほうが待ち無く入れると思います！
本日は青うなぎを使った『肝入り特上うな重』とうまき、それとキリンクラシックラガーを注文♪♪
まずはクラシックラガーでいつもの如く喉洗(^O^)ノ
無料で提供されるきゅうりのお漬物をポリポリ食べながら待ちます。
まずはうまきが完成！
出汁巻きに巻かれたうなぎがたまりませんね(^ ^)♪♪
そしておよそ20分ですかね、肝入り特上うな重完成(^O^)ノ
これこれこれぃっ、うな富士来たら肝入り食べなきゃね(^ ^)♪♪
つかうなぎ乗り切らなくてハミ出てます（笑）
さっそくひと口…くぅぅぅっ、地焼きのカリフワな食感、最高です(^O^)♪♪
青うなぎって、少し天然に近いのかな？
柔らかいんだケド、少し天然のような弾力も感じます♪♪
肝もたまりませんなぁ！これには酒が合う！って事で、レモンサワー追加です（笑）
小鉢でうざくとかついてくるの知ってたので、頼まなくて正解！
いやー、久々のうな富士旨かった♪♪
