評判がよかったので、鰻好きな父のお誕生日に予約をしてきました。
個室を予約していましたが全員揃うまでは入れないと言われました。その時の店員さんの接客が冷たく感じました。
そして入店時、その店員さんに1時間制と言われました。
そして席に案内された後に、鰻は焼くのに時間かかるので早めに注文下さいとのこと。
焼くのに時間かかるのに1時間制って…このお値段で、個室料も払っているのに…と何だか始めからモヤモヤでした。
そして2名は鰻重、2名は定食を注文。
蒸さずに焼く関西風が好きなので、柔らかい蒸したものとは違うことは最初から認識していましたがそれでも固いように思いました。
いつも美味しい美味しいと言いながら食べる父も母も無言で食べていて、鰻重をオーダーした夫はパサパサだったと。
食べた後も行列となっていてやはり人気店なのだなと。好みなのでしょうか。
