このお店にターゲット絞り予約もせず金曜日夜7時前に入店、感じの良い店員さんが10分程待てば入れると椅子に案内してくれてホッと一息、メニュー決めながら待つ。
それほど待たずに着席、炭火焼肝付き上ひつまぶしを注文。待つこと15分、タレが染み込んで照り照りで魅力的な肝が沢山乗った鰻が到着！
肝の苦味とタレの甘ジョッパさが口いっぱいに広がり、一肝で期待値を満たす。すかさず、うなぎを一口食べてみると皮がしっかりパリッと歯応えあり、タレの旨さが炭火でしっかり染み込んだ、関東では珍しい蒲焼の鰻、フワフワ鰻よりもこっちが断然好きだと再認識。ご飯にもタレがちょうど良く絡んで、出汁もかけずに最後まで食べ進み完食、とはいえ女性にはなかなかボリュームもあってお腹いっぱいになるくらい^_^
また鰻を食べたい時にはここだな、ご褒美の夕飯に最適でした、ご馳走様でした！
