A relatively new Fukui Local Cuisine and soba restaurant that opened in the Marunouchi Building. Their main store is in Kagurazaka, and I've visited there several times. This time I visited for lunch and ordered the grated Tempura with maitake mushroom tempura. The Maitake mushroom Tempura is quite filling and satisfying. Oroshi soba has grated soba sprinkled on it from the beginning. The soba noodles were refreshing and delicious. The dipping sauce that went into the choko that came with it...? As I was thinking about this, the staff at the store explained that this is used when drinking soba-yu. This is kind and helpful. There seems to be a wide variety of dishes other than soba, so it would be nice to have it with alcohol at night.
