神楽坂に本店がある越前蕎麦屋さん
前はイタリアンのお店だった記憶ですが、いつの間にかお蕎麦屋さんになっていたようです。
お蕎麦気分で開店時間に訪問。
東京駅舎を一望できる席に案内していただき、空調が適温かお尋ねくださる気の配り様✨
ランチということで、
お蕎麦とソーツカツ丼、天丼、海鮮丼などを組み合わせられるメニューを選択

おろし蕎麦
大根おろしがフワフワで辛味は全くなく、蕎麦に絡みやすく優しい味
蕎麦の量は少なめ
男性は大盛りにすると良いかも
蕎麦湯用の出汁が別に用意されていてこちらにもおろしが！そして、蕎麦湯を足して飲んでみると、これまたとっても優しい味。たくさん飲める 笑
鯖寿司
鯖が分厚く、脂がのっていて、これもとっても美味しい！また食べたい！！
目の前には東京駅舎が広がり、優雅な気分のランチタイムでした♪
