グランルーフの八重洲側、テラスの２階、ここは結構穴場のスペース。
開放感ある場所にはテーブルもありテイクアウトを食べたりコーヒーを飲んだりする人が多数。
その中でこちらのお店はテラス席もあり広めの空間はかなりゆったりできる。今回春の土曜日と駅ナカや地下街はかなり混雑していたが、こちらは比較的余裕あり。
ランチのパスタは1000円台後半からと安くはない（サラダやコーヒーなどのランチセットも無い）が、選んだサルシッチャとアスパラガスのトマトソース、後がけのチーズとのバランスも良く、もっちりキタッラと絡みとても美味。
なかなかに満足。
