東京駅で友人とランチ。
Instagramで見た「ねこプリン」目当てに行ってきました！！
東京駅直結のグランスタ丸の内地下1階にあるお店。
店内は暖かい照明の落ち着いた雰囲気です。
カウンター席とテーブル席があり、お一人様も多い印象です。改札目の前なので、少し時間を潰すのにも良さそうでした！
注文したのは、
・牛カツレツ 1,400円
・ベーコンステーキカルボナーラ 1,680円
・季節のフルーツとマスカルポーネサラダ 1,080円
・生ハムと苺のマスカルポーネ 580円
・ねこプリン 660円
◎牛カツレツ
レア焼きなので、断面はピンク色してツヤツヤ！！
周りはサックリ、中はしっとり柔らかい！！
噛むほど濃厚な赤身の味わいが広がって、
特製デミグラスソースと合う！
薄い衣でカラッと揚がっているから、軽くて美味しかったです。
◎ベーコンステーキカルボナーラ
パスタは太いフィットチーネで、もっちもち！
そこに大ぶりのベーコンがのっているから贅沢！！
ソースはチーズの味わいが濃厚で、
香ばしいベーコンから出る旨みとの相乗効果はたまらない、、
とろ〜り卵黄と絡めて美味しかったです！
◎生ハムと苺のマスカルポーネ
苺とマスカルポーネが生ハムで包まれています！
生ハムの塩味に苺の甘みが相性抜群。
後味は生ハムの濃厚さが口いっぱいに広がって、お酒との相性も良さそうでした。
◎ねこプリン
揺らして可愛い！！
しっかり動画におさめました！！
ぷるんぷるんで、口に入れるとなめらかです。
パンナコッタとプリンの間みたいな感じでした。
ねこはミルクプリンで土台はモカプリン。
甘い×ビターの組み合わせが美味しかったです。
見た目だけでしょ？って思っててすみません。。
ちゃんと美味しかったです！
東京駅直結のオシャレなカフェ。
カフェ利用も食事利用も出来る、使い勝手の良いお店でした。
