新幹線で東京に帰ってきたその足で訪問。
3歳の息子もいましたが、(危ないので)おでんをお鍋ではなくお皿で出してくれる配慮もありました。
ありがとうございます。
大根は厚さが8cmぐらい？ありましたが
形が崩れることなくお出汁がよーくしみていました。
変わり種は軍鶏の煮込みおでんですね。
半生の明太子と高菜とニラが添えてあり、博多風でした。
初めての方はトライしてみるのもいいかもしれません。
私は鶏肉の串のネタが好きでした。
煮込みすぎてパサパサになることもなく、しっとりしていて、かつお味もしみていてグッドでした。
