ICONIC STAGE marunouchi【シャープにオッサレな女性人気のカフェでポークビンダルー&レモンライス】2024カレー070店095食目

■ポークビンダルーカレー&レモンライス 1400円 (ライス少なめ)、▷12種類のフレッシュハーブサラダ パワードレッシング付き
今日は雨降り、屋外に出たくないですね。おまけにこういう日は、屋内でアクセスしやすいお店が激混みになるので、お昼も仕事を継続して13時から昼休みとしました。東京駅周辺を外に出ずにたどり着けるお店へランチに行きます。それで、新丸の内ビルの地下にこんなお店を見つけました。
ICONIC STAGE marunouchi。アラカンのおじさんが入る店じゃないっす（笑）。オシャレすぎます。ここは資生堂パーラーの出店ではなかろうかと誤解するような露草色を基調とするシャープなオシャレ感。
先払いのオーダーシステムで、4種類のメニューから、私はもちろんカレーを選びました。メニューがなんと「ポークビンダルーカレー&レモンライス」なんですよ。
ポークビンダルーもレモンライスも日本で遂に市民権を得たかと嬉しくなりました。
一番奥の席に陣取りました。2人席×3, 1人席×5という席構成。おひとり様なら8人、マックスでも11人という小さなお店なのですけど、狭さを感じさせず、居心地がいいです。
出てきたポークビンダルー&レモンカレーの完成度が高くて驚きました。偏見だし先入観ですけど普通こういう都心オフィスビルのオシャレ店って、個人店にあるような作り込まれたポークビンダルーなんて期待しないのですけど、よーく作り込まれたNICEポーグビンダルーでした。時間をかけてよく煮込まれて、肉の食感がとてもいいし、ビンダルーの酸味が絶妙なレベルで嬉しいです。レモンライスも単純なものではなくて、麦粒も見えるし、あまり見たことのないような極上粒の雑穀も混じっていて、食感を楽しめる品でした。
さらに、12種類のフレッシュハーブサラダ パワードレッシング付きがまた美味しい！アラカンおじさんの私にはなんだかわからないオシャレな粒々入りで、これが美味しさも食感も増幅している。
なんでも、こちらは出張料理人の第一人者マカロン由香氏のプロデュースによるそうで、なるほどシャレオツ&本格派であることに納得なのでした。
席数は少ないけど、これは昼休み中は行列ものの人気でしょうね。
