鍋やしゃぶしゃぶはみんなで囲むと美味しさが増しますが、人のお箸が苦手な方もいます。
また、人とシェアして食べるのが苦手な方もいます。
そんなご友人・パートナーなどなどと、心置きなく行くことのできるのが、ひとり鍋のお店。
なんと、こちらのお店も自分専用の鍋があります。
食卓の縄張り意識の強いそこの食いしん坊もOK。
最近、ライトにいただけるしゃぶしゃぶが個別ブームで、こちらへ訪問。
銀座エリアの系列の2店舗も素晴らしかったので、
高まる期待と鳴り止まぬ腹の虫。
ライトと言いつつ、夜なので松阪牛のしゃぶしゃぶコースとしっかり目なものにいたしました。
おもきさんのコースは、松阪牛の出汁スープinワイングラスからはじまるのですが、ここから楽しくなります。
途中箸休めにお刺身のお造りも出てきますが、
ここで白飯と食べたくなります。
そして鍋は人の肉とかニンジンの火の通り具合など、一切気にすることはありません。
自分の好きなタイミングで好きなように、そして奪われることもなくいただくことが可能です。
(個人的にはそんなに気にしたことはありませんが)
そう、そんなこともできちゃう個人専用鍋ならね。
松阪牛の赤身、松坂ポークなど、お肉もよろしゅうございました。
利用シーンとしては、単独参加、友達、職場、家族だと思いますが、東京駅の地下で無駄に並んでいる人たちは、
こちらのお店もそうですが、鉄鋼ビルを覚えているだけで、時間を有効活用することができると思います。
