東京駅八重洲口側の鉄鋼ビルB1階にある【おもき】さん。休日にお邪魔したので、場所柄あまり混んでおらずボックス席に案内いただきました。
3種の肉を贅沢に堪能できる「-櫻-さくら」コース 8,800円を。2,000円で飲み放題もつけられます。
コースの内容は
【汁物】 松阪牛出汁スープ：先にお腹を温める出汁、香り豊かで沁みる。
【前菜六点盛り】
1. 黒毛和牛肉寿司
2. 長芋の大葉漬け
3. 松阪ポークと胡瓜の濃厚胡麻和え
4. 梅鰹胡瓜しらす乗せ
5. 松阪ポークの角煮
6. 松阪牛出汁巻き卵 時雨煮入り
【造り】本日の鮮魚 お造り：鰤、まぐろ、サーモン
【揚物】松阪ポークプライムカツ：さくさくジューシー。思わず小ライスいただいちゃいました（笑）
【鍋物】おろし、胡麻だれ、レモンの3種のタレと、コチュジャンと柚子胡椒でいただきます。
・野菜盛り合わせ：水菜、ネギ、にんじん、椎茸、豆腐、マロニー、レタス。お肉に合う物ばかり。
・松阪ポーク 黒毛和牛赤身・霜降り、松阪牛赤身・霜降り：どれも柔らかく新鮮で、ボリュームの割にくどくなく、美味しい！
【食事】 〆細麺：胡麻だれにつけて、コチュジャンと合わせて担々麺風に。
【甘味】いちごのアイスクリーム：温かいほうじ茶と一緒に。
明るい雰囲気で、美味しくいただきました。
