三種の肉を堪能出来る「桜」コース 8,800円を頂きました。
料理そのものの美しさから盛り付けまで綺麗な見栄えで、野菜や肉どれを取っても美味しく手頃な価格でお腹一杯になれる内容でした。
メインのしゃぶしゃぶは松阪のポークと牛が使われており、サッと湯引きしてややレア目で頂きました。咀嚼前に溶けていく感触と数種類のタレでさっぱり目なテイストであったり、ちょっと濃厚なテイストで脂とタレのマリアージュを愉しみました。
メイン以外で特に美味しかったのは、松阪ポークの角煮と松阪牛出汁巻き卵 時雨煮入り、松阪ポークプライムカツです。
角煮は柔らかく、味がしっかりと染み込んでいて、上質な脂とタレが見た目以上にすっきりしていて追加で欲しくなってしまうような内容でした。
出汁巻き卵は時雨煮が口の中で更に幸福度を増してくれて、普通の出汁巻き卵よりも満足度が圧倒的に高かったです。
松阪ポークプライムカツはその見た目からサーブされた瞬間に飛び付いてしまうような、早く食べたいと思わせてくれるビジュアルでした。サクサクの衣と上質なポーク特有の甘い脂が混ざった時のあの味は舌に焼き尽くされます。
