松阪牛 出汁スープ
→ワイングラスで。
まずは胃腸を温めるということらしい。
すっきりとした味わい。
◾️前菜6点盛
①黒毛和牛の肉寿司
②長芋の大葉漬け
③松阪ポークの濃厚胡麻和え
④梅鰹胡瓜 しらす乗せ
⑤松阪ポークの角煮
⑥松阪牛出汁巻き卵 時雨煮入り
→特に角煮がトロトロで甘み強く美味しかったです。
◾️造り
本日の鮮魚 お造り 三点
ぶり・サーモン・まぐろ
→しっかり脂が乗っています。
◾️揚物
松阪ポークのプライムカツ
→非常に柔らかくて外はサクッと中はジューシーでした。
おろしポン酢に七味を加えたタレは
ほんのりとした辛味がきいて
豚肉の甘味が引き立ちます。

３種のタレが嬉しかったです♡
特に松坂牛の霜降り肉はとろける柔らかさで、脂身の甘味を堪能できます。
赤身肉は、程よい脂身と赤身のバランスで、牛肉本来の味わいを楽しめました。
そして松坂ポークは、豚肉の旨みが感じられました。

→ すでにお腹が膨れてきましたが
この量の細麺ならするりと入りました。
ポン酢でつけ麺風にしたり
胡麻ダレで担々麺風で味わえます。

→さっぱりと爽やかな味わい。
