私は日本橋から歩いて来店。
ビルの地下一階、飲食店が並ぶ場所にありました。
隣りは鼎泰豐でした。
この辺りで一人しゃぶしゃぶが食べられる貴重なお店です。
選んだのは
「松阪牛・黒毛和牛・松阪ポーク3種の肉を楽しめるコース】櫻-さくら 8,800円
+2000円(税込)で飲み放題も付けられます。

この日は【焼物】でしたが、【揚物】松阪ポークプライムカツになることもあるようです。
ビルの防災上、カセットコンロなどが使えないそうで、固形燃料なのですが、思っていた以上に火力が強くて十分にしゃぶしゃぶを楽しめます。
と言うか、1人だとこの方が良いと思います。
固形燃料が燃え尽きたら、次のにすぐ替えてくれるのでゆっくり楽しんで大丈夫。
良いお肉でしゃぶしゃぶと、他にも少し摘めたら嬉しいと思っていましたが、しゃぶしゃぶ以外もかなり充実していて美味しかったです。
沢山でてきた前菜も彩りも食材も調理法も豊富で嬉しい。
お刺身、この日はマグロとサーモン、鯛でしたが、どれも新鮮でおいしかった。
しゃぶしゃぶの漬けダレが3種類。
おろしポン酢系、胡麻だれ、レモンたれ
胡麻タレにはコチジャンを入れて辛くしたり、レモンタレに柚子胡椒を入れたりも出来ます。
私はおろしポン酢が好きでしたが、ポークには胡麻タレがハマった！
コースも各種あるので、お腹の空き具合とメンバーや、用途で選べるのが良い。
目上の方とのお食事にも向いてると思います。
