ペルー料理『YUYAY』✨✨
表参道のペルー料理店「DESTINO51」の姉妹店。ペルー料理は世界的に高く評価、注目されている料理。僕もペルー料理は大好き♪
お店は2024年2月オープン。新丸ビル5階にあります。店内は明るく清潔。ペルーらしい小物、内装が良いですね。果たして、料理のお味はいかに(*´∇｀)ﾉ
■ランチセット 3,800円（税込）
⚫セビーチェ
真鯛、生ジャイアントコーン、揚げたコーン、さつまいも、レッドオニオン。こちらのセビーチェは素材使い、酸味の効かせ方が個性的。ライムの香り、パクチーがペルーらしさ。
⚫白身魚のスープ
白身魚のうま味をギュッと凝縮させた個性的な味わい。こちらもほんのり酸味。新しい味わいで楽しいな。
⚫ロモサルタード
牛ヒレ肉焼き上げ、甘辛のソースで絡めたペルー料理の定番メニュー。やや塩味は強めだが、牛ヒレ肉は柔らかく。
⚫本日のデザート
フルーツゼリー。これは普通。

体が温まります。
