接待でご招待いただいて初来店。
最上階のカウンターは目の前で焼いてくれます。またお釜で炊いたご飯はほんとに美味しい。

三越前で老舗の鰻屋さんで、ひつまぶしのように味変が楽しめる「うめし」がいただけます。こちらは商標登録もされているとのことです。

味付けはサッパリ目です。
逆に素材の美味しさが引き立ちます。
鰻は、蒸しも焼きも強くなく、ある意味バランス、ある意味万人向けかなー。
否定的ではなく、美味しいです‼️

1階、3階で随分雰囲気が違いますね！
