三越前の老舗鰻屋さんの伊勢定さんへ。
日本橋の街って好きなんですよね。
古き良きと現代的な感覚が調和してる感じがして。
そんな街でいただく鰻。
なんて贅沢なんでしょう、、、
せっかくなので鰻重の桜（6100円）をお願いしました。
裂きたて、蒸したて、焼きたてを信条としているだけあって、注文してから30分くらいかかります。
その間鰻を待ちながらビールを飲む時間って幸福度めっちゃ高い、、笑
待ちに待った鰻はお重いっぱいに敷かれていて。
ふわふわの鰻とご飯ってなんでこんなに美味しいんでしょう。
しみじみと味わってしまう美味しさでした。
山椒と一緒にタレも追加できるの嬉しいなぁ。
江戸の文化を受け継ぐ日本橋の街でこだわりの鰻をいただく上質な時間も過ごせました。
