創業以来、変わらぬ味を守り続ける日本橋 お多幸本店。 |
東京駅から程近い日本橋に店を構える、大正時代に創業されたおでんの名店「お多幸」にランチで訪問。
店構えから店内の雰囲気まで、歴史を感じさせる赴きの中で頂くのは、同店名物「とうめし」。
名前だけ聞いてもどんな料理かピンとこないが、とうめしとはその名の通りシンプルな「豆腐飯」。
初めて食べた時は、大きな豆腐が一つ、ご飯に乗せられただけというそのビジュアルに驚かされたが、食べれば分かるその人気の理由。
老舗おでんの出汁でしっかりと煮込まれ、味の染み込んだ豆腐が本当に絶品。おでんの大根同様、美味い出汁を味わうには、素材の味は淡白な方が良い。
ご飯にも出汁がしっかり染みており、付け合わせの煮物や漬物をつまみながらあっという間に完食。
とうめし定食670円。
また、近くに来る事があれば再訪したい。
