だし巻き卵におばん菜3皿がつく基本のお昼のセットに網焼肉を付けました。
だし巻き卵は出汁のみの京風で砂糖を入れていないのがよい。大根おろしがよく合う。網焼肉は表面はいい加減に焼き上がっていても中はレアで柔らかい。
