本日の鰻は、愛知県一色町、三河淡水さんが手塩にかけて育てた養鰻を使用。美しい矢作川の天然水に育まれた鰻は、鰻本来の自然な味わい。美國屋では季節を通じ、質の良い鰻を取り揃えるため、愛知産、鹿児島産、宮崎産の鰻を使用しております。鰻は毎日、売り切る量を仕入れ、新鮮なうちに仕込みます。鰻が売り切れたら、おしまいです。早じまいする事もありますのでご了承下さい。 お席の予約不可。うな丼2300円より。 |

うなぎの質は良いのだろう、臭みなく食感もふんわり程よい弾力で文句なし。しかしながら味が薄く感じる…
卓上の追いダレでもたりないくらい。
シニア層くらいでちょうどいいのかも。
