日本橋駅からほど近い場所に店を構える「西洋料理 島」
本場フランスで修行されたオーナーシェフの大島さんは、日本において本格フランス料理人の先駆けのひとりだそうです
メインはあくまでステーキですが、前菜からスープ、サラダ、デザートに到るまで寸分も隙のない確かな料理でした
帰り際、地上までお見送りして頂いたシェフと奥様の気さくな人柄と笑顔に触れて幸せな気持ちになりました
