2016年12月14日（水）昼食。
京橋一丁目のランチ。中央通りが八重洲通りと交差する少し南側に京橋千疋屋京橋本店がある。その中でランチが食べられるので、雨が上がった11時少し過ぎに行ってみると、満席だと言う。席は空いているのだが、予約で満席だと言う。そんなに人気があるのか。それで2階のこれも千疋屋のレストランに行ってみた。
僕が最初の客で、窓際の1人掛けの席に案内された。いちばん安いサービスランチ（1500円・税込1620円）にした。本日鮮魚のポアレ・タプナードソースか自家製ソーセージのグリルかを選ぶので、今日は小笠原産の赤むつだという本日鮮魚のポアレにした。サラダ、パンまたはライス（ライスにした）、本日のデザート、コーヒーまたは紅茶（コーヒーにした）が付く。
雨は上がったとは言えまだ灰色の冬の京橋。窓の下には中央通り、その向こう側は取り壊して新建設中のブリヂストン美術館（今この建物がないのでこの一帯は風景が一変している）、左側は日本橋三丁目の交差点。この界隈に事務所を移した実感がまだ湧かない。他人の街にいるみたい……。
千疋屋のフルーツサラダが出てくる。ドレッシングは橙とのこと。そのドレッシングが酸っぱくておいしい。リーフ類と2種類の柑橘類。
赤むつのポアレが出てくる。きれいに盛り付けられているが、一瞬「これだけ？」と思う（笑）。油でかりかりに焼かれたタイプのポアレ。まあまあおいしい。ソースはスグリが効いていて、この店は酸味が持ち味なのかなと思う。
デザートが出てくる。黒糖のパンナコッタとフルーツの盛り合わせ。パンナコッタは「とても甘いのでコーヒーに良く合うと思います」とフロア担当の感じの良い女性。そこまで甘くなかったが、確かにコーヒーに合っておいしかった。
