【味】
蕎麦の盛りは普通でもたっぷり。
しっかり締まった蕎麦は心地よい喉ごし。
しょっぱめの蕎麦つゆも好みです。
蕎麦湯は共有のポットで提供。皆さん譲り合ってスムースに使われています。
縄文稲荷は古代米？の歯ごたえのある食感と皮の味付けが絶妙。ちょっぴり生姜が添えられているのも嬉しいです。
【雰囲気】
混んでいて行列ができるけど回転は早いのでストレスは少ないです。
狭い店内ですがお客さんが慣れていて阿吽の呼吸で場所を譲り合うのもいい雰囲気。
注文待ちの列は先頭から3人前まで進むと「次のかた注文どうぞ」と声をかけられるのでそこで注文。
前の人が注文したかを確認しておくのが重要かも。
お客さんの善意が心地よい雰囲気を作っている立ち食い蕎麦の聖地を堪能しました。
