こちらのお店は平日は1,200円で食事ができます。
クロアチア料理、なんとなく魚介料理が多いイメージ。行きたい国の一つで、こんな情勢になってしまっているので、せめて食事で気持ちをあげようと訪問。
入店後、階段で地下へ。ちょっと雰囲気がクロアチア? 落ち着いた感じです。
メニューはやはり魚料理が充実してますね。
でも、"定番人気"の文字に惹かれて、牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮込みをチョイス。
クロアチア赤ワインで煮込んでいるらしいです。なるほど…料理というより、使っている素材がクロアチアなんですね。
注文後、すぐにコンソメスープ。これは、おまけ的な感じ。よくある普通のコンソメスープです。
そしてすぐにメインがワンプレートでご提供。作り置きだからか、早いですね。
サラダは期間限定でお代わり自由。特に拘りはなく、よくあるレタスと千切りキャベツの組み合わせ。ドレッシングは市販物のサウザンドレッシングかな。せっかくなのでお代わりしました。
ポテトサラダも業務用という感じです。カットポテトが混ぜ込まれた、よく見るポテトサラダ。
と、スープ、サラダ、ポテトサラダは業務用的なものでしたが、ここからはお店の味。
ガーリックライスはサフランライスの炊き込みごはん。柔らかめで、薄めのコンソメ風味が香ります。味が濃すぎないのでソースに合います。
メインの牛ホホ肉はナイフがいらないほど柔らか。よく煮込まれています。繊維が綺麗にほぐれ、ゼラチン部分はぷるとろ。余計な味付けがなく、自然が牛の旨味が美味しい。赤ワインソースは甘みがあり、マイルドな感じ。ワインの深みある大人ダークな風味というより、マイルドさが際立つソースです。ポテトサラダじゃなくて、マッシュポテトに合わせたい。
クロアチアの料理や味は全く分からずでしたが、お肉のボリューム満点のプレートでした。クロアチア料理を楽しみたいならディナーでアラカルトなどを楽しんだ方が良さそうですね。
店員さんも気配りをよくしてくれました。
