私史上No.1天ぷら「深町」＠京橋or東京駅
3度目利用です。
今回も素晴らしい、の一言です。
気づいたら前回までのレビューが消えてしまっているのが謎なのですが（なんでだろう？悪い評価じゃないのに、、）、今回も最高の素材と揚げ技術を堪能させていただきました。
隣にはニューヨークから一時帰国されたというダンディーな紳士の方。今回は一週間程東京に滞在するということで、帰国時はいつも深町の天ぷらを食べに来るそう。
わかります、それ。
私も同じ状況なら、限られた飲食店訪問の一つとして必ず入れますもん☆
値段設定が高い、と評価されている方がおりますが、私はむしろお安いと感じてるくらい。
天ぷら揚げたことある？深町と同じ素材で同じ揚げの仕上がりにできる？と聞きたい。
この揚げ方、揚げ仕上がりは何年かかっても私にはできないと思うので、相当な技術と感じて勝手にホーーーと毎度感心していますw
それでいて高圧的な態度を一切とらないどころか、腰が低めで気持ちの良い接客対応なので、だからまた来ちゃうのです^^
次回はいつにしようかな。

いつものNo.2コース。
期待していた芋栗が無く、代わりにむかごや熟成かぼちゃなどが提供されました。
魚はキス、めごち、穴子など、今回はやたらと魚介類が多かった印象です。
揚げ方は変わらず最高の仕上がりで大満足でしたが、内容を少しばかり安めのものに落としたかな？？という印象を受けました。（品質はまぁ良かったですけどね☆）
それにしても、お客様の8割が外国人というのが何だかなぁという感想です(^_^;)
そのせいか、以前に増してさらに予約が取りづらい状況なので、行かれる方はかなりお早めのご予約をオススメします。
