東京メトロ銀座線 三越前から十数分の立地。昭和通りに面しています。
店内は、椅子付きのカウンター席。
食券を購入し、店員さんに渡して、そばか、うどんかを伝えて、半券を受け取ります。その後、番号で呼び出されるので、半券と交換で料理を受け取ります。食後は、返却口へ食器を返します。
今回は、天玉そばと半ライスを注文しました。
そばは、つゆの鰹節感が濃厚で、とても美味しいです。とにかく鰹節感が濃厚です。
半ライスには、粉かつおをかけ、テーブルの醤油もかけて、おかかごはんにすることができます。醤油は、隠し味程度にした方が、鰹節感が強く感じるので、美味しいと思いました。
